Hokkaido is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. The staff is always super attentive and friendly and THE FOOD..the food is always delicious and consistent. They offer mild and spicy options for your ramen. Their broth is delicious and will take you to food heaven. Their potstickers and ichiban chicken are also amazing.
Hidden gem. The outside belies the inside. The inside is lovely - modern and clean. The food was fresh and delicious. I had Ichiban - the chicken was flavorful, moist, and tender. Tried my friend’s Miso ramen - it was very good as well. Server Roger was great! Will be going back soon!
We ordered three different types of Ramen, and they were all amazing!! Some of the best marinated eggs I’ve ever had. I also got the pork bun, which was really great as well. It had lettuce and tomato which is different than I have had before but very refreshing twist. The server and staff was very accommodating when I subbed things out and did not charge extra. We will be going back for sure!
The food was amazing, and plentiful. Service was great they were very helpful and showed one of our party how to use chopsticks. Everyone enjoyed the dishes they chose and were full when they finished. Very pleased with this location.
The service was on point!! Friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in the door. Tasty food!! We enjoyed generous portions of a variety of delicious ramen bowls and yummy appetizers. Small-ish restaurant, but nice dining area that gave us plenty of room. Great location on Central Avenue. We will definitely be repeat customers..
Hokkaido Ramen House ( near planet fitness on Central) after hearing so many rave reviews, I decided to check it out, I'm glad I did atmosphere : 4/5 very comfortable temperature considering the weather outside. plenty of open comfortable seating.. TV for watching while you briefly wait on your feast. service : 5/5 service was second to none..ROGER was awesome.. super friendly and knowledgeable..I suspect he might be a bit of a foodie ( a compliment, he's passionate). my water never even made it to half full. food.: 4.9/5 I admit, I didn't know what to expect I'm not usually into this line of food so i was a little put out about the price until I saw the size of the bowl he ordered the Miso ramen, I ordered the garlic.. admittedly I had to ask them to add more garlic to mine, it seemed kind of bland... but adding garlic was easy enough and really made the difference! also sitting at the table I saw the cooler full of can drinks and bottled water so I was sitting there thinking no refills.. totally misssed the fountain sodas right next to that LOL, so that was pleasant too.
This food is absolutely fabulous! I love the ramen so much. It’s hard to believe there is such quality ramen in a small town area. This place has the crispiest, best crab Rangoon I’ve ever had! Very affordable considering all that we ordered. 15 for a good bowl of ramen. The bowl is huge. My son and I could have shared and still had some leftover.
This is the BEST and most authentic ramen I’ve had in a loooooong time! Do not sleep on the bbq buns! They were surprisingly large and absolutely delicious. The tonkotsu broth is so rich a full of flavor. The eggs were perfectly soft boiled. Noodles were tender. The meat portion sizes were healthy. Everything about this place was wonderful and exceeded our picky ramen expectations! The workers were attentive and kind. Would come back and would recommend!!!
